Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Analyzing major strategic and operational aspects of complex regulatory, administrative and mission-oriented programs; 2) Applying program evaluation techniques to provide mission analysis, effects-based planning, and concept of support assessments; 3) Developing plans and techniques for financial management program goals to support effective planning and execution strategies and 4) Review and analyze budgetary reporting requirements for support of customer funded programs. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower pay band or grade/level in the federal service (NH-02/GS-11). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency (knowledge, skills, abilities) in the following areas:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
