VIDEO TELECONFERENCE OPERATOR, I
Bowhead is hiring a Video Teleconference Operator to support classified and unclassified Internet Protocol (IP) and Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) video teleconferences for CONUS and OCONUS meeting needs.
Candidate will be responsible for:
The management and operation of the Video Operation Control (VOC) facilities.
Pertinent to daily operations and technical support,
Employ a high degree of VTC bridging equipment knowledge to include all peripheral hardware as well as software support of Tandberg Management Systems (TMS) and Remote Management Systems (RMS).
Provide training on all hardware and software located in the VOC.
Instruct C4ISR personnel in the use and operation of portable VTC systems as necessary.
Pre-conference testing and setup will be conducted by the Candidate for VTC's and/or meetings.
Trouble shoot, problem management, diagnostics and resolution of a wide variety of issues concerning all aspects of VTC, AV equipment and related voice/data communications.
Ensure maintenance response and repair is tracked through completion. Candidate is responsible for the investigation and implementation of network related upgrades and modifications.
Required Skills
Security
Certification.
VTC Bridging expertise.
Video Teleconferencing experience and troubleshooting expertise.
Demonstrated knowledge and use of all VTC peripheral hardware
Software support of Tandberg Management Systems and Remote Management Systems.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Desired Skills:
APG experience.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Secret level.
Required Experience
High School diploma and 2 years relevant experience.
Candidates must follow all company Non-DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Requirements.
All post-secondary education listed on a Candidate's application and resume must be verifiable, including but not limited to dates of attendance and degree/diploma awarded. Post-secondary education includes any courses taken through an accredited college or university in pursuit of a degree.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
