Software Developer (.NET):
Our client is seeking a full-time .NET web application developer, experienced in internet-based software architectures, capable of functional and empirical analysis as it relates to the design, development, and implementation of software systems. Must be capable of providing detailed technical support for software development programs with minimal management supervision. Must have detailed knowledge of modern software development processes, to include object-oriented development and use of tools, and how to apply them to software application program development. Must be capable of translating operational requirements into detailed software/system requirements. Must have experience in server software operations and internet-based programming, (i.e. ASP.NET, C# .NET, HTML 5, Javascript, CSS). Must have experience with developing internet front-end user interfaces to new or existing databases and applications. Must have experience in Database Management (DBMS) design and system analysis including expertise in SQL.
Responsibilities will include development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of new and existing web applications, design of database schemas, requirements analysis, technical consulting with clients, solving technical problems, best-practice implementation, and technical innovation.
Job Description:
Develop, enhance, maintain, and support web applications.
Collaborate with departmental managers and staff to analyze the current platform and identify weaknesses, design new features, develop or code based on needs outlined during the analysis phase and implement these changes for testing in a DEV/QA environment prior to deploying to production
Review existing code, update or write new code using proven best practices and coding standards so that they are well documented, extensible and easily maintained
Research technical issues and provide recommendations.
Participate in business requirements analysis, software evaluation and selection, and application integration.
Suggest ideas for improving efficiency.
Translate business and technical requirements into extensible, scalable and maintainable applications
Demonstrate best-practice knowledge and apply skills to deliver a comprehensive solution specific to client needs
Test code to insure it meets all technical and functional requirements outlined in the documentation.
Provide application related training.
Actively participate in workgroups.
Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.
U.S. Citizenship - must be able to acquire Security Clearance
Bachelor degree required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
