Job Description
We are looking for an experienced individual with prior military experience to join our team as a Senior Operations Integrator to provide Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support services to the Software Engineering Branch within the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team - Program Office (ARAT-PO). The Senior Operations Integrator shall be responsible for overall daily operations support for the ARAT-Software Engineering Branch that's core mission is to maintain and enhance software for Aircraft Survivability Equipment and Electronic Warfare systems fielded to the US Army. This position requires strong programmatic skills and an engineering background to be effective. Incumbent must have strong analytical and problem solving skills; be resourceful and able to work independently in support of on-going projects managed by the ARAT-PO.
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited:
o Serving as senior member of the branch staff in support of a team of 100 personnel under US government leadership, including software engineers, system engineers, radio frequency engineering, test engineers, and administrative support.
o Consolidating inputs, organizing and conducting regular meetings to provide status updates and recommendations on operations, personnel, software releases, and any outstanding and urgent issues that need to be addressed by management.
o Lead the consolidation and preparation of mission objectives, operational status, and issues for inclusion into high level reports to Headquarters Department of Army, Army Materiel Command, and Communications-Electronics Command.
o Tracking and reporting of suspense's across the branch to ensure timely and accurate responses to suspense's are met.
o Performing independent reviews of briefings, reports, and information/issue papers produced by others.
o Lead the development, review, and consolidation of project data into PowerPoint briefings to support program management reviews and internal staff calls with division level and higher.

Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline is required. Must be a US citizen and possess a valid SECRET security clearance. 10
years of relevant experience required. The following skills are required:

o Excellent oral and written communications skills.
o Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment.
o Experience and knowledge of US military operations and program summary reviews.
o Understanding of US Army plans, policies, and procedures.
o Experience and understanding of strategic planning.
o Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and SharePoint skills.
o Ability to travel to support mission requirements (less than 10%).
Candidate must be eligible for a security clearance which requires US citizenship.
o Experience with Aircraft Survivability Equipment and/or Electronic Warfare systems desired.
o Prior experience with the software engineering life-cycle development process desired.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
