Key Role:
Perform a member on a US Army client acquisition command staff. Provide cost estimating support to a DoD program. Develop Life Cycle Cost Estimates (LCCE) using ACEIT to perform cost analysis and various ad-hoc analyses relevant to program cost. Work as part of a cross-functional team to assist with managing and executing a large government program. Develop Microsoft Excel spreadsheets to support quantitative data analysis, provide business consulting, conduct research, prepare graphs and charts, and analyze and interpret cost and programmatic data. Support cost benefit analyses, cost proposal evaluation, and economic studies and analyses, as required. This position is located in Aberdeen, MD.
Basic
Qualifications:
-4 years of experience with performing detailed financial analysis
-Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, ACEIT, or SEER Suite
-Knowledge of cost estimating toolsets, including Crystal Ball or @Risk
-Knowledge of DoD acquisition, financial, and PPBE processes
-Ability to produce a cost estimate for an ACAT I sized program for all program milestone requirements
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering

-Experience with working in a team in a multi-disciplinary collaborative environment; can work with minimal supervision
-Ability to multi-task
-Ability to detail-oriented
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent data gathering and analysis skills
-Certified Cost Estimating/Analyst (CCEA)
