Systems/Integration Engineer

DCS is looking for a System Engineer to support a post MS C acquisition program and provide integration engineering support for installation of hardware and software.


Essential Job Functions:


Support the systems engineering process including technical reviews and inputs to documents such as requirements, interface control documents, hardware interfaces, software interfaces, engineering plans, training plans, and test plans.


Support technical reviews (i.e. Software Specification Review, System Requirements Review, System Functional Review, Preliminary Design Review, Critical Design Review, Production Readiness Review, Functional Configuration Audit, and Physical Configuration Audit); attend weekly and-weekly integrated product teams and working groups; and provide recommendations for engineering, testing, and other improvements to the product office.


Support the Integration team and collaborate with platform integration subject matter experts as required. The contractor shall support installation efforts of hardware and software in support of experimentation/demonstration efforts related to improved current products or emerging PM PNT solutions.


Review engineering/installation diagrams and provide technical input to the Integration team. The contractor shall support validation and verification of hardware and software functionality in host platforms and provide product familiarization for platform users and platform integrators.


Required Skills:


Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.


Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years experience providing systems engineering support to DoD programs.


Secret security clearance is required.


Must be familiar with the DoD 5000 acquisition process.


Experience with C5ISR equipment or other electronics required.


Desired Skills:


Experience integrating electronics onto vehicles or other platforms.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
