DutiesServe as the CECOM Information Manager and provides automation interface/support with AMC.Provide technical expertise regarding all aspects of information management throughout the Command, with special emphasis on creating visionary plans for future mission and business information systems.Exercise program responsibility for development, engineering, integration, preparation, presentation, and administration of local information systems objectives, policies, programs, plans and projects for the Command.Lead the Customer Service Centers for maintenance, repair assistance, and training in information technology resources.Participate in a variety of internal and external forums, seminars and symposia as one of the Command's recognized experts in information management and as a focal point for coordination of information technology issues.Review higher authority directives that require management decision and has authority to make decisions regarding policy and procedures relating to the development of systems/programs, which have a direct effect on the Command.Perform the full range of supervisory and managerial functions. Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes:
1) Leading an information Management program for a large organization; 2) Developing Information Management strategies to meet mission objectives; 3) Assessing organization plans to determine current and future information systems requirements (e.g., information systems, equipment, facilities, supplies, personnel, and funds); and 4) Creating information management policies and procedures. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower pay band or equivalent grade level position in the federal service (NH-03/GS-13).

Time in Grade Requirement:
