This position will support our Maintenance Supervisor on various maintenance projects, apartment turn overs, and general upkeep around the property! Duties include assist with maintaining the property as needed.
Grounds keeping, Cleaning and Maintenance work orders.
Cleaning consists of cleaning Appliances, Bathrooms, Windows, Removing bulk trash, Grounds up keep.
Must be able to take initiative each day to get a game plan and work through the duties required each day.
This position is 50/50 inside and outside.
We are opening to training a hard working, and motivated individual! Must have a drivers license.
