27 an hour The Counselor will be a Certified Counselor or Counselor Trainee recognized by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists, and will have had training or experience in treating persons in an outpatient environment.
The Counselor is under the supervision of the Program Coordinator/ or designee.
The Counselor will be responsible for the preparation of current patient progress notes, providing them to the patient, courts, probation / parole departments and referral sources as appropriate.
The Counselor will maintain accurate and current records according to program policy and ensure that all requirements of Federal and State regulations are met and in full compliance.
The Counselor is responsible for ensuring that every effort is made to assist the patient in reaching their treatment goals.
The Counselor will coordinate and cooperate with local agencies and organizations necessary to expedite treatment for each patient.
The Counselor will be familiar with all aspects of the clinic operations and must participate in all areas in which they have been trained and perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisory staff.
The Counselor will assist the Program Coordinator/ or designee in completing performance evaluations according to program policy.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
