Modern office setting Food provided Duties - Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
- Take customer orders and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations.
- Operate espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to prepare beverages according to established recipes.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Experience - Previous experience in the food industry or as a barista is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
