PRODUCTION CONTROL CLERK (EAGLE 2023-19838):
Bowhead seeks a full-time Production Control Clerk to join our team in support of the Maintenance Division at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds in Aberdeen, MD.
The Production Control Clerk prepares automated and manual documents and inputs data from documents for assigned ammunition support operations and posts data on records.
Responsibilities:
Essential functions will include:
Maintain SAAS documentation including scheduling reports, archiving files, storage files maintenance, input, and output.
Participate in providing technical assistance in using the various programs to maintain a complete and accurate database.
Maintain hard copy files of supply transactions, voucher numbers, causative research, adjustment documents, documents, document register, and other records related to ASP operations.
Collect data and provide reports as required.
Uses various computer operation systems/programs to enhance administrative capabilities, and development of unique databases and spreadsheets for management of munitions stocked, issued, and received by the ASP.
Validate the accuracy of work ongoing and/or completion information.
Keep track of all assigned work documents and provide up-to-date status as required.
Generate and print a variety of reports or requirements for submission to the Government or various requestors.
Record and file documents accurately.
Maintain confidentiality of records.
Receive, prepare, and verify documents.
Respond to routine requests with standard answers.
Research and compile information and data.
Perform data entry.
Follow established procedures or steps to process paperwork.
Complete other assigned tasks as required.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required in addition to at least five (5+) years of experience in maintaining and running Army tracking system(s).
Knowledge of Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives (AA&E) management policies and procedures and qualified candidates must be skilled with Army AA&E tracking system(s).
Must have excellent typing and 10-key skills as well as extensive past operation of computers, software, and networks.
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.
Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically Not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions (office work) SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to obtain a security clearance at the Public Trust level.
US Citizenship is a requirement for Public Trust clearance for this position.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
