Assistant Property Manager

We need someone who can multi task and maintain structure and organization.
HUD multifamily experience preferred.
Job Description - Responsible for ongoing resident relations, including addressing current resident requests.
Conduct routine property inspections to identify any outstanding maintenance issues that should be addressed.
Effectively monitor preventative maintenance schedules.
Oversee building maintenance staff and verify that work orders are completed on time, turnovers and third party contractors are properly scheduled to coordinate with projected move in dates, and the general condition of the building is maintained.
Effectively communicate property rules/regulations to current tenants All compliance paperwork specifically in relation to income based rental calculations.
(Onesite software utilitzed) Screen applicants for eligibility.
Maintain current waitlist for property including keeping detailed notes on all activity.
Process rental payments Skills Required:
Working proficiency with Microsoft office suite products including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Strong computer skills Great team management skills ability to motivate staff and meet goals Benefits offered:
Full Time Monday- Friday 40 hours per week Paid Holidays (6) once eligible Health/Dental/Vision Benefits eligible after 90 days Job Type:
