We are seeking a Program Manager to join our growing team to lead and oversee all aspects of a critical contract, ensuring efficient performance, compliance, and successful delivery of tasks and deliverables.
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing contractor personnel, coordinating program documentation, and providing technical and analytical support to identify and resolve risks.
Responsibilities:
Manage all contractor personnel assigned to the contract to ensure their effective performance.
Review program CDRL (Contract Data Requirements List) documents for schedule consistency, compliance, and financial document requirements.
Coordinate with affected subordinate Program Managers on contractor personnel matters and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) on behalf of the contractor.
Evaluate and balance anticipated budget expectations, collaborating closely with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) on program issues.
Work with customer and contractor personnel to develop and review task plans and deliverable items.
Ensure adherence to program tasks, schedules, and costs, and provide support for program data calls and informational papers.
Assist in identifying and resolving program action items, tracking, compiling, and analyzing performance metrics to address risks for each program.
Requirements:
Active Secret Clearance Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience in management and supervision of relevant military hardware/software development or systems analysis.
Relevant years of experience may be used in lieu of degree.
Strong managerial and supervisory skills in substantive military hardware/software development or related systems analysis.
PMP certification, DAWIA (Advanced) certification in program management, or equivalent certification in Program Management is preferred but not required.
