The manager of this division is responsible for all the tabletop inventory and the staff that supports this area.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the dishroom - Oversee and ultimately responsible for all the order ticket pulls.
- Assist with the cleaning and prepping of the inventory - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room and surrounding areas - Train and supervise room staff to ensure high-quality service & preciseness.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
- Strong management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and takes great pride in their work.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required during peak seasons Note:
