Job Description Link Solutions is seeking a Mobility Device Support Team Lead at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds located in Aberdeen Maryland.
The candidate will support the US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) CIO/G6.
Must be a US Citizen Non-remote:
A sign-on relocation bonus is available.
The Mobility Device Support Team Lead will support mobile device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting for the US Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM).
You will be part of our team which is responsible for supporting the Information Technology (IT) infrastructure and equipment requirements for approximately 9000 Soldiers, civilians, and contractors worldwide.
The infrastructure, technology, and equipment are key to enabling CECOM personnel to execute their command's mission.
You will be an important role in helping protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement and growth.
Job Duties:
Perform set-up of Apple iOS, iPad, and Android devices.
Track assignment of mobile devices.
Coordinate provisioning of mobile connectivity services.
Resolve tickets managed through BMC Remedy.
Monitor the DISA DOD Mobility Service Portal for announcements and user guide updates (as well as any information related to mobile device operations).

Qualifications US Citizen Active Secret DoD Security Clearance (we will sponsor the right candidate).

years of directly related experience.
Knowledge/experience using Purebred, MobileIron, or Zimperium systems.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise:
Associate's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree requirement (2
years of relevant experience in a team lead role).
Knowledge of DOD personnel Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) credentials systems.
Knowledge of devices in scope; laptops, desktops, tablets, mobile, and scanning devices.
Excellent communications skill (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Additional Information This opportunity is contingent upon successful award and contract negotiation which is currently in process.
