LocalJob DescriptionCACI is seeking a subject matter expert in Software Defined Radio environments and Software Open Architecture Frameworks.
As a team member of the team, you will get to develop and implement standards SDR frameworks and open architectures, program software defined radios and integrate software into Open Architecture Software Frameworks, such as GNU Radio, REDHAWK, PHOTON, MORA, X-MIDAS, etc.
as well as participate in reverse engineering, prototyping, system demonstrations, and proof of concepts for systems to help the Army and other DoD entities.

Qualifications:
Education:
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering from an accredited university.
15 years of post-graduate experience in their fieldBe recognized by professional societies in his or her field and be well renowned in his or her professional communityDemonstrated expertise in Software Defined Radio Framework EnvironmentsProven ability to solve complex problems in an efficient and unique mannerExperience performing senior levels in areas of expertiseCurrent 8750 Level 2 CertificationFamiliar with REDHAWK, PHOTON, MORA, or X-MIDAS frameworks Experience with MATLAB or similar filter design Demonstrated proficiency with non-window operating system such as Linux, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.
Must have a TS/SCI and obtain a favorable CI PolygraphThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering from an accredited university.
Familiar with integrating, implementing, and testing of RF, PNT, SW, SBC OPEN VPX cards on CMOSS platformFamiliarity with Git version controlAbility to evaluate technical trade-offsExperience with radio frequency (RF) communications and/or radar systemsWhat We Can Offer You:
