Continental USCACI is seeking a Systems Engineer to provide coordination of system engineering requirements across PdM JBC-P products, working closely with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
What You'll Get to Do:
Coordinate all system engineering requirements across the products within PdM JBC-P.
Update Systems Engineering documents in support of PdM JBC-P.
Coordinate engineering tasks with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external.
Generate Systems Engineering Acquisition documentation.
Oversee the Risk Management process to include Risk Identification, Risk Impact or Consequence, Risk Prioritization and Risk Mitigation planning.
Provide documentation of any technical support actions taken on test floor while testing is underway (observation reports).
Perform test analysis on complex project requirements.
Perform expert level troubleshooting.
Provide technical support and knowledge for trouble-shooting and research of Test Incident Reports (TIRs).
You'll Bring These
Qualifications:
Active DOD Secret security clearance.
Bachelor's Degree (Engineering, Computer Sciences or similar) and at least 3 years of experience OR an Associates Degree and at least 7 years of experience OR no degree and at least 9 years of experience.
General technical knowledge of use of PM MC core systems, specifically JBC-P.
Knowledge of modern SW development practices to include agile development methodology and DevSecOps.
Expertise in networking, specifically Delayed/Disconnected, Intermittently-Connected, Low-Bandwidth (DIL) communications.
Expertise in command and control software applications and complex system of systems integrated design.
Expertise in systems/software architecture concepts, design and implementation as aligned to cyber security best practices and modular open systems concepts.
Ability to take written Software Installation Guides/Documentation and successfully setup, install, configure, manage and maintain the configured systems within a distributed network environment.
Knowledge of Systems Engineering processes, including Requirements Development, Verification, Validation, and Traceability and a basic understanding of the army acquisition process.
Excellent oral and written communications skills required for the coordination of multiple stakeholders.
Candidate must possess the proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
).
Ability to comprehend complex usage concepts and assess an application's ability to fulfill them.
Excellent organizational skills and customer service expertise.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with US Army Common Operating Environment COE initiatives and the PEO C3T and PM MC portfolio helpful.
