Apartment Leasing Agent Requirements:
Must drug screening (post-offer) Hourly plus leasing commissions Valid Driver's License, reliable vehicle and proof of insurance Must have excellent customer service skills Must be available to work some Saturdays Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook necessary Yardi program experience a plus.
Must be able to take direction from the Manager and follow thru with duties requested.
Must be able to pass a drug test and background screening.
Apartment Leasing Agent
Responsibilities:
All aspects of leasing apartments Must be able to deal with Tenant issues and repairs requests.
Timely collection and deposit of all rental income Preparation of weekly leasing reports and accounting reports All other duties as assigned
